1. Candidate must be have good communication and organizational skills.

2. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

3. Must have previous cleaning experience or equivalent training/experience in the related industry(s).

4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, climb ladders, and walk on uneven surfaces required (depending upon job duties).

5. Possess basic knowledge about housekeeping products
