Job Summary: Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residential buildings. Job responsibilities 1. Assume duties and responsibilities from the outgoing shift or on-site security with all information. 2. Observe proper wearing of neat uniform, good hygiene and appearance. 3. Cleaning and maintaining cleaness of both common area and surronding area of the building as per the work standard set by the company. 4. Emptying trash cans from common area, changing and shifting of garbage skips in garbage room. 5. Provide assistance to the tenants regarding their complaints for maintenance. 6. Reporting of any property damage or unusual happening. 7. Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time. 8. Manage heavy cleaning jobs upon request Learn specific cleaning techniques of the company based on time and motion. 9. Work smarter, not harder. 10. Obey the lawful order of the seniors and clients. 11. Completion of assignment instructions from the security manager/supervisor. 12. Ensure awareness of the building and emergency procedures. 13. Follow all health and safety regulations. Job requirements 1. Men only. 2. Physically and Mentally Fit. 3. Personal responsibility, commitment, perseverance and conscientiousness. 4. Willingness to work flexibly to support the overall aims of the company. 5. Literate enough to read and write(with school certificate preferred). 6. Should be familiar with cleaning methods, chemicals and tools. Skills requirements 1. Good in English : reading, speaking and writing. 2. Can speak Hindi or Urdu. 3. Communication skills. 4. Hard worker.

How much salary can I expect?

Your salary will depend on your skills and experience. You can expect a minimum salary of AED 1000, but you could earn up to AED 1200 if you meet the company's requirements.
