What is a Cleaner?

A cleaner is someone who cleans a room or area. They may use different cleaning supplies, such as cloths and buckets, to clean the space.

What qualifications are required to become a Cleaner?

1. A minimum of high school education is required to become a cleaner.

2. Cleaners must be physically fit and able to work long hours in hot environments maintaining cleanliness levels required by the company they are working for.

3. Candidates must have good attention span, dexterity, strength, coordination, and problem solving skills as well as an ability to stay calm under pressure when cleaning sensitive areas or during unexpected disruptions on the job site such as power outages or fires.

4. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug test prior to being hired onto a cleaning crew at most companies; some employers also require candidates to undergo orientation training before starting work.

5 .Cleaners typically receive hourly pay rates which can range from $10-$15 per hour depending on experience level and location of their workplace
