They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A cleaning supervisor is responsible for the overall cleanliness of a workplace. This includes ensuring that all surfaces are regularly cleaned and that any necessary repairs are made to equipment or flooring. The supervisor also oversees workers who perform daily tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
1. Experience working in a cleaning environment
2. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and tools
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
4. Proven experience leading crews of cleaners
5. Ability to handle stress
A Cleaning Supervisor should have:
-Supervisory experience in a cleaning company or within a related field such as housekeeping, janitorial services, floor care etc.
-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively communicate with staff members.
-Ability to work independently and be comfortable working under pressure.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complex schedules quickly and accurately.
