Reliance Hrc is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Cleaning Supervisor in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a HR CONSULTANCY with a team of 2-10 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and orderly manner. They may also be tasked with monitoring the quality of work performed by subordinates, organizing supplies, and maintaining workplace cleanliness.
1. Must have at least two years of experience as a cleaning supervisor or assistant manager in an office environment.
2. Knowledge about cleanliness and sanitation policies, procedures, and techniques is essential for this position.
3. Ability to lead team members and be responsible for their work performance is also important skillset required for this role.
4 Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are necessary because the Cleaning Supervisor will need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality control standards across all areas of the company’s operations .
5 The Cleaning Supervisor must be able to stay organized so that they can effectively plan task priorities, track progress, provide feedback/coaching when needed but always keeping safety top priority
