A Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning of a facility. They work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure that all areas of the building are clean and in order. The supervisor may also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing cleaners.
1. A degree in cleaning or related field is required.
2. Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is preferred, but not necessary.
3. Strong leadership skills are essential for a successful career as a Cleaning Supervisor.
4. Ability to work independently and lead teams of cleaners is important; also, good communication and problem solving abilities are needed.
