A Cleaning Supervisor is a position in a company that oversees the cleaning staff. They are responsible for making sure the office is clean and organized, as well as keeping track of employee productivity.
1. Some experience working with cleaning supplies and equipment.
2. Knowledge of housekeeping principles and practices.
3. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously effectively.
4. Excellent customer service skills - able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients, employees, or vendors regarding cleanliness expectations and satisfaction levels achieved in a particular location/office environment..(Some hotels may also require certification as a Housekeeper). 5 Experience leading teams of cleaners
