A commis 2 is a person who works in the food industry. They are responsible for helping to run the kitchen, and may also be in charge of preparing food or cleaning up afterwards.
The qualifications for a Commis 2 are: good customer service skills, computer literate, able to work independently and take direction well.
The skills required to become a Commis 2 include excellent communication, problem solving and critical thinking. Additionally, the candidate must have strong customer service skills as well as experience working with computers.
