Job Description

Job Summary Should be available for immediate joining. Should have experience in Contracting Company. Part-Time Job for maximum 2months (Reliever) Skills Needed • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Professional attitude and appearance Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Update calendars and schedule meetings • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries • Preparing the timesheet, employees due to vacation. • Arranging quotations, LPOs and payment requests. • Data entry and filing.
