A concierge is a staff member who assists guests with their needs, including booking reservations and providing directions. Concierges may also offer assistance with obtaining tickets to events or shows, finding information about local restaurants or attractions, or stocking the guest's room with items they might need while on vacation.
A Concierge should have at least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry. They must be able to provide excellent customer service and be knowledgeable about various luxury brands. They must also be bilingual (in English and their native language) and have a strong work ethic. Finally, they should possess exceptional communication skills as well as a high level of organizational ability.
-The ability to interact with guests in a professional manner.
-The knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
-Experience working with computers, databases, and scheduling software.
