A construction engineer is a professional who specializes in designing, managing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. They may also be responsible for researching new methods or materials to use in construction projects. Construction engineers typically have a degree in engineering or another related field.

2. Experience working with construction projects is a must
3. Knowledge of building codes and design principles are essential
4. Strong math skills are needed to analyze construction drawings and specifications
