Shams Alyaseem is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Construction Supervisor in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A construction supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety of workers while they are on site, as well as overseeing and directing the work that is taking place. They also ensure that all materials used in a construction project are properly accounted for and tracked so that money isn't wasted. A Construction Supervisor may also be involved in contract negotiations or other administrative tasks associated with a construction project.
-A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Five years experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Construction Supervisor.
-Proven ability to lead and manage teams of workers while meeting deadlines.
-Expertise in carpentry, masonry, wiring/electrical installation, roofing/guttering installation etc..
