A construction supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a construction site. This includes ensuring that all workers are following safety guidelines and keeping track of progress on project goals. They also ensure that materials are being used in an appropriate manner and that costs remain under control.
1. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required.
2. Experience supervising crews of workers engaged in heavy construction activities is necessary.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for the position of Construction Supervisor.
4. Familiarity with computer software programs such as Planning Pro/Engineer or CAD systems is desirable but not mandatory for this position。 、5。The ability to lead and manage teams effectively is a must have trait for any Construction Supervisor

Civil Site Supervisor Job Description A civil site supervisor typically performs the responsibilities: Inspecting construction site occasionally to identify and remove potential safety hazards. Overseeing, managing, and instructing the construction team, as well as contractors and subcontractors. Enlightening site workers on construction safety regulations and guidelines, and accident protocol. Keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction employee attendance. Monitoring and assessing the performance of construction employees and implementing disciplinary measures as required. Examining and analyzing blueprints to make sure that construction projects are in strict compliance with design, safety, and budget specifications. Maintains safety and legality by ensuring that the works that are being carried out are structurally sound.
