A. A high school diploma or equivalent
B. Experience in construction work
C. Knowledge of basic carpentry and masonry techniques
D. Good physical conditioning
1. Have a strong work ethic and be willing to get dirty 2. Be able to read blueprints and understand how construction works 3. Have experience working with tools such as saws, hammers, drills 4. Know how to use safety gear such as helmets 5. Understand basic math concepts
