Hiring for Social Content Writer Full Job Description We are looking for a creative Social Media and Content Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Social Media and Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for our company and our agents to increase their online presence and improve our marketing efforts. Embedded in our in-house marketing team, you’ll collaborate with the marketing director and designers and advocate for how social media can enhance our larger efforts and plans. What you’ll be doing: Curating and posting content, images, videos, and posts for our company-level social media pages. Develop new, fun content that brings our companies and agent’s stories to life, while also showcasing our deep roots in the community Working with select real estate agents to develop and execute their social media plans and increase their online presence Digging deep and analyzing the data to further tailor strategies to achieve maximum effectiveness Interfacing with multiple teams from agents and transaction managers, to marketing and brokers, you are stellar with communication Present, teach, and guide the company and our agents on the latest social media best practices… in essence, you’re the social media evangelist! The skills you need: Prior social media or content specialist experience Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok and other social media best practices Familiarity with publishing platforms such as Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc. Familiar with video editing software and or workflows Great interpersonal, writing and communication skills Knowledge of Canva, but Adobe Suite is a plus Good understanding of social media KPIs Interested candidate can reach out to me directly.
