2. The Continental Cook should also be skilled at handling food safety precautions and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

3. In addition, they should have strong organizational skills and knowledge of basic cooking equipment/techniques.

4. Lastly, the individual must be proficient with computerized systems such as ChefSteps or Epicurious Cooking software programs for preparing recipes accurately and efficiently on a large scale (multiple courses).

5. Above all else, the Continental Cook needs to enjoy working closely with others in order to create cohesive menus that reflect specific location's culture & culinary traditions
