Experience – Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Essentially expert in Diet-Food (Soups & Salads) Continental, Arabic, Chinese is an add on. Age – 30 + Salary – AED 3000 to 4000 + Accommodation, Visa, Insurance & Air ticket (Once in 2 years) Day off – Once in a month (temporary due to pandemic, otherwise 1/week)

What is a Continental Cook?

A Continental cook is someone who specializes in European cuisine. They may have experience working at a restaurant that specializes in French, Italian, or Spanish food and would like to continue learning about new dishes from around the world.

What qualifications are required to become a Continental Cook?

1. Experience as a cook or in the food industry is desirable.

2. Proven knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking methods is necessary, including but not limited to: roasting meats, preparing sauces and gravies, baking breads and pastries, frying foods delicately.

3. Must be able to work independently with little supervision; have strong organizational skills; be attentive to detail; have excellent multi-tasking abilities.

4. Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast paced environment where time pressure is constantly high required (ie.: restaurants).
