Job Tittle: Contracts Manager - Real Estate Joining: Immediately working Location : Dubai This role will be expected to support: - · Contract review, drafting, formulation · Claim management · Project contract management · Approve contractor payments · Feasibility Studies · Management of commercial functions, including management of external cost consultants · Assist in the continuous review and improvement of process and procedures in support of the overall department function · Graduate in Civil Engineering, 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in REAL ESTATE SECTOR is mandatory!!! · Salary up to 30k AED PM · Immediate joiner preferred · Professional Membership such as RICS, and training in construction contract law are required. · Proven claims background. · Associate Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Assoc RICS)- Preferable · MRICS and/or MCIArb professional qualifications · Skill in drafting strong contractual correspondence and managing building construction Contracts · Knowledge of FIDIC / other standard form Contract · Skill Variations, Prime Cost / Provisional Sum adjustment, EOT assessments, Final Account and Project Close out Share cv to jo*****************es.ae
