Job Description Responsible for the daily food preparation. Basic cooking under the supervision of section chef. Duties and responsibilities Assisting in the food preparation process. Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes. Preparing vegetables, meats and fish. Assisting other Chefs. Helping with deliveries and restocking. Assisting with stock rotation, Cleaning stations. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards. Qualifications · Degree in Culinary science or related certificate · Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) · Credentials in health and safety training · Experience in a similar role within 3 or 4 star hotel.
