What is a Cook?

What qualifications are required to become a Cook?

1. A Cook must be able to read, write and cook basic recipes.

4. Cooking experience is not necessary but would be preferred for those who want to become a Chef or Head Chef position in the food industry .

5. Being physically fit because cooking can sometimes require long hours at the stove
