3. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and have good hand-eye coordination when it comes time cutting food items with precision using Kitchen shears or Chef's knife(s).

4 Ability to stay calm under pressure while continuously working quickly is essential – kitchens can get chaotic very fast!

5 Being patient enough during long periods of standing or sitting still may also be beneficial depending on the position you choose
