What is a Cook?

A cook is someone who prepares food. They may do this by cooking meat, vegetables, or sauces in a pot on the stovetop or in an oven. A cook also can be responsible for cleaning up after their meal has been served.

What qualifications are required to become a Cook?

1) A minimum of 2 years working experience in acooking environment is required.

2) Good cooking skills are necessary, including being able to following recipes accurately and efficiently.

3) Knowledge about food safety and proper kitchen hygiene is essential.

4) Must be able to work as part of a team and have strong communication abilities.

5) Excellent organizational skills are also important, as cooks need to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
