What are the skills required to become a Cook?

3. Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as many tasks involved in cooking require delicate touch techniques or quick movement of hands/fingers around the stovetop or ovens for baking etc..

4. Some knowledge about nutrition - chefs must have an understanding of what goes into meals when preparing them from scratch; this includes things like selecting healthy ingredients options when grocery shopping or recipes that are low calorie but filling nonetheless (eccentricities may apply).
