Cost Accountant Job in Sharjah

Accounting  Ensures timely, accurate and complete accounting processes in line with UAE law and International Accounting Standards in order to reflect an accurate, true and consistent financial situation.  Prepares statements of accounts monthly to ensure that the outstanding balances are justified and no unjustifiable numbers.  Handles period-end closing operations to ensure compliance. Payables  Records and monitors payables to ensure that suppliers are paid on time as per agreed payment terms. Payments  Issues checks and bank transfer letters for vendors, service providers and petty cash replenishment in settlement of due invoices to ensure timely payments. Reconciliation  Performs bank reconciliations to make sure that all bank balances are correct and match with banks statements. Receivables  Records and monitors receivables to ensure there are no over dues.  Issues accurate debit notes for approved activities.  Ensures full reconciliation of affiliate companies. Tax Declaration  Prepares regularly the VAT declaration, and all other taxes to have them ready for declaration to authorities.

Your salary will depend on your skills and experience. You can expect a minimum salary of AED 4500, but you could earn up to AED 6000 if you meet the company's requirements.
