Cost Estimator Job in Dubai

Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects. Experience with estimating Exhibition Projects offices, retails, restaurants, hypermarkets etc.. Estimation interior fit-out projects including joinery. Review project specifications and contact necessary individuals to resolve questions and irregularities within the project specifications. Preparation of bills of quantities. Predict the expense of the future projects or products by analyzing monetary costs and other factors to provide good estimate for the project. Track projects throughout its course to recommend budget adjustments of the project. Work with engineers to interpret blueprints or conceptual drawings of the project. Compile a list of parts or materials to help decide whether it is more cost efficient to manufacture or to purchase the parts or materials. Calculate standard labor hour’s necessary to produce units or to complete project. Find problems associated with the project, product assembly, and testing to correct the problems. Coordination with internal team - Operations Manager, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Design & Draughtsman, Technical Coordinator, Project Manager, Project Engineer Coordination with external team - Project Quantity Surveyor (Consultant side), Senior Estimation Engineer (Contractor side), Fit-out Coordinator (Client side).
