Mandatory Criteria : • PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH & ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES - Hindi, Urdu or Tagalog • Open to work in Kiosk across any of the malls across Dubai • Open to work on weekly/monthly sales targets Job Description : • Greet and establish relationship with passing customers in Malls and provide information on the featured products to the customers by explaining characteristics, specification, and features. • Have an appropriate understanding of the features, specifications and unique selling points of various telecom • Pleasantly and professionally manage customer enquiries. • Proactively interact with the customers explaining the competent and enthusiastic range of telecom products we are offering. • Input and update the customer information in the system and continuously generate a customer database by obtaining positive inquiries. • Generate potential leads and forward to the concerned personnel on a timely manner.
