3. Excellent communication and problem solving skills - being able to effectively communicate with other team members, clients/customers, supervisors or managers is essential for working as a Crane Mechanic

4. Previous experience repairing/working with cranes – having some knowledge about how these machines function will be advantageous when applying for positions as a Crane Mechanic5.
