A credit card sales is a transaction in which goods or services are purchased with the help of a plastic financial product. Credit cards allow consumers to borrow money up to a certain limit in order to purchase items they may not be able to afford upfront, such as an expensive item at your favorite store.
1. A degree in business or marketing is needed.
2. Excellent customer relations and communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and fast paced environment.
3. Previous experience working with credit cards is a plus, but not required for success at this career field.
4. Knowledge of financial products such as mortgages and car loans would also be beneficial due to the high volume of sales that occur each day on behalf of card companies .
