Preparing Design Concepts, Drawings, Charts and Record with CAD Equipment and conventional drafting techniques. Visiting Construction sites to perform measurements Calculate dimensions if needed. Collaborating with other Designers, Architect and engineers to ensure the material Standards, Building Specification &Industry regulations. Manage the cost on a construction project and make sure the project completed with in the budget. Supervision on site to control design.DM, DDA, DCD & other authorities approval submission. Other than above basic responsibilities will be informed you during the training period

A draftsman architect is an individual who specializes in the design of architectural drawings. Draftsman architects typically work with teams of other designers to create detailed plans and sketches for structures, buildings, or projects. They may also be responsible for creating 3D models of their designs.
1. A degree in architecture or engineering is required
2. Draftsman architects must be able to use drafting software such as AutoCAD and sketchup
3. They need good problem solving skills and knowledge of construction methods
4. They need a strong sense of spatial awareness, which allows them to visualize designs accurately
5. Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills
The skills required to become a Draftsman Architect are the ability to think critically and solve problems, excellent drafting skills, knowledge of construction principles and practices, experience with design software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit.
