What is a Field Engineer?

A Field Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a construction site. They monitor and oversee activities such as safety, health, quality control, and material delivery.

What qualifications are required to become a Field Engineer?

1. A college degree in engineering or a related field is required.

2. Experience working as a field engineer is preferred, but not necessary.

3. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential for the position of Field Engineer.

4 . Previous experience with construction equipment (cranes, bulldozers, etc.) is desirable but not mandatory

5 . The ability to work independently and be self-motivated are also important qualities for the Field Engineer

What are the skills required to become a Field Engineer?

1. Must have a strong background in engineering and be able to work independently.

2. Must be comfortable working with computers, using software programs and equipment, as well as having knowledge of construction methods and standards.
