What qualifications are required to become a Finishing Carpenter?

A person who wants to become a finishing carpenter should have an interest in woodworking, be able to read and understand blueprints, be mechanically inclined, possess good problem-solving skills and know how to use tools.

What are the skills required to become a Finishing Carpenter?

1. Knowledge of how to use a saw and other construction tools

2. Experience working with wood, including understanding the different types of woods and their respective properties

3. Strong eye for detail and ability to pay close attention to various aspects of carpentry work (e.g., measurements, angles)
