Frazer Town Restaurant is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Fire Alarm Technician in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A Fire Alarm Technician is someone who installs, maintains and repairs fire alarm systems. They may also be responsible for training employees in the use of these systems.
A degree in fire alarm technology, certification from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) or an equivalent organization, and two years of experience are required to become a firefighter/alarm technician. In addition, firefighters/alarm technicians must be able to read and understand maps and charts, operate computerized fire alarms systems accurately, respond quickly to emergency situations while wearing appropriate protective gear including a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), know how to use ladders safely
-Ability to read and interpret fire alarm schematics
-Good problem solving skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Knowledge of firefighting procedures and equipment
-Basic computer literacy
