Job Description

Job Details: Arrange schedule of the drivers for daily pick up and drop off of the cleaners. Coordinate between the drivers, cleaners and office staff. Prepare pass for the community which requires the same. Reporting and tracking of vehicle logs daily mileage, fuel consumption etc.

Must have past similar experience handling fleet of buses. Ensure smooth operation with minimum or zero delays. Excellent geographical knowledge. Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry. Excellent in providing optimized routes to drivers. Make sure jobs allocated wisely based on zones and suggest improvement. It’s your complete sole responsibility to plan for upcoming delays, by rectifying issues. Suggest and improve vehicle daily routine to save consumed petrol. provide daily fuel consumption report. Ensure wise cleaners swap if required by ensuring the most sufficient way to do it. Understand zones and how we divide areas. Keep the record of all buses with models in one excel sheet and the registration of buses, Mulkia, insurance. Follow up on these before expiry dates. Follow daily on drivers’ issues (Petrol, salik, repair needed, the complete condition of each bus. Run analysis on utilization of the vehicles and provide reports to identify misuse of vehicles. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Good in Microsoft word, Excel and have some mechanical background.

• Responsible to arrange the insurance & registration for brand new bikes in coordination with operations team, accounts team, Tasjeel / Wasel & Insurance company and to prepare for Hayaza for insurance cancellation as well. • Responsibility to timely arrange the insurance & registration renewal in coordination with Operations team, Tasjeel and Insurance company. • To arrange & allocate Salik tags for brand new bikes. • Responsibility to notify the clients for Technical Test Passing- in coordination with the concerned operation staff to get it done accordingly without delay. • To do the needed for color change, number plate lost, reg. card lost, police report-on line application in coordination with Tasjeel & operation staff upon client request. • Preparation of NOC for registration/renewals, Number plate change , registration card reprint, Advt. Food permit issuance etc. • Timely update and upload data in Gateway • To maintain a parallel, excel-fleet register • Prepare and submit the daily reports to the line manager. • Arranging food delivery box municipality permission as per client request. • Dispatch of renewed registration cards to the customers and email the passing paper until the time the dispatch is done. • Scan and induct all the registration cards ( brand new and old )and maintain a proper record of the same. • Daily basis coordination with the PRO for all the above mentioned tasks. • Apart from the above, any additional work will be assigned by the management.
