What is a FRP Technician?

A FRP Technician is someone who specializes in the use of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) for construction projects. They typically work with architects and engineers to help create structures that are both strong and lightweight, using FRP as a key component. AFRPs can be used in a variety of applications, including bridges and buildings.

What qualifications are required to become a FRP Technician?

1. A degree in engineering or related field

2. Experience working with FRP materials and techniques

3. Good understanding of 3D printing technology

4. Strong computer skills, including experience using CAD software and slicing programs

5. Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

What are the skills required to become a FRP Technician?

1. Knowledge of FRP materials and their properties

2. Experience in fabrication processes for FRP components

3. Strong technical skills with saws, hand tools, routers etc., to fabricate parts from FRP sheets or plates

4. Expertise in using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models of component designs before construction begins
