3. A Furniture Carpenter must have strong manual dexterity as they need to be able to handle tools accurately while also having excellent hand-eye coordination when installing hardware such as drawer slides and dovetails into pieces of furniture .

What are the skills required to become a Furniture Carpenter?

1. Strong construction skills including carpentry, masonry, and metalworking

2. Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and techniques

3. Experience working with wood species – both in terms of traditional cabinetmaking methods as well as using new technologies such as MDF (medium density fiberboard) or plywood for more contemporary designs
