3. They must also be familiar with the construction methods used for traditional furniture including mortise & tenon joinery, dovetails, doweling etc...

4. Finally they should possess excellent problem solving skills so that they can identify and correct any issues during the construction process no matter how small they may seem at first glance (i.e., warped boards).
