Desert Frames & Glass is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Glass Factory Foreman in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A glass factory foreman is in charge of the daily operations at a glass manufacturing facility. They are responsible for ensuring that all production goals are met, and that everyone working within the plant is safe. Foremen also help to train new workers on the proper procedures for producing high-quality glass products.
-A bachelor's degree in industrial management or a related field
-At least 5 years of experience as a production supervisor, line manager, or foreman in a glass factory
-Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
-Strong problem solving skills
The skills required to become a Glass Factory Foreman vary depending on the specific position. However, generally, candidates need strong leadership and management abilities as well as experience in production line work. Additionally, foremen typically require knowledge of how to operate machines and tooling used in glass manufacturing processes.
