What is a Gym Trainer?

What qualifications are required to become a Gym Trainer?

1. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required to become a Gym Trainer.

2. Must have at least two years experience working with individuals in group exercise classes, such as boot camp style workouts or circuit training programs

3. Familiarity and competence with workout equipment, including weight machines and cardio equipment

4. Excellent customer service skills - able to build relationships with gym members while providing quality instruction/support

5. Proven ability to motivate others through positive reinforcement

What are the skills required to become a Gym Trainer?

1. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology

2. Experience working with athletes in a gym setting

3. Expertise in training routines for different sports/activities
