We are looking for a *Sous Chef \ Head Chef* for a restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah. The candidate should be available in UAE for an interview on visit or cancelled visa. Must able to cook sea food. Salary AED 3,000 to 3,500 + Food on Duty + other benefits provided by restaurant.

Head chefs typically have extensive culinary experience, as well as years of management experience.

1) Excellent organizational skills- Head chefs need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep track of deadlines. They must also have a good sense of detail and know how to work efficiently under pressure.
2) Skilled in culinary arts- A head chef needs extensive knowledge in culinary arts, including knife handling, baking, frying etc. This will allow them to create innovative dishes that stand out from the crowd.
3) Passion for cooking- Being a great cook isn't enough - head chefs also need an intense passion for food which can be seen through their creative recipes and unique presentation techniques.
4) Expertise with kitchen equipment- No matter what type of cuisine they are preparing, all heads chefs require proficiency with basic kitchen tools such as ovens, pans etc., so that they can produce high quality meals quickly and easily. 5) Strong leadership abilities - Heads Chefs are often responsible for managing teams of cooks who may or may not respect them due to their position within the restaurant chain/restaurant itself
