What is a HR Admin?

A human resources administrator is responsible for the recruitment, placement, development and management of employees in an organization. They work with executives to develop policies and procedures that support employee productivity. HR administrators also maintain accurate records of all personnel transactions.

What qualifications are required to become a HR Admin?

1. Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook is a plus but not required for the position.

4. Background in human resources management or related field desirable but not necessary for the position 。5 . Three years’ experience in an HR admin role is preferred
