Job description Note : This position only for Female candidate preferred with spouse visa . Duties and Responsibilities: *Creating and processing invoices. *Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy. *Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable. *Sending bills and invoices to clients. *Tracking organization expenses. *Processing refunds . *Working with collection agencies on overdue payments. *Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments. *Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff. *Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions. *Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations. *Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities. *Provide staff orientations . *Manage all the daily requests from employees and work with the PRO on completing all PRO work . *Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office. *Conduct benefit analysis. *Process payroll. Requirement and skill: *Good knowledge in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). *maintain standards of conduct . *be consistent and fair . *Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices. *Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices. *Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments Expereince: Experience: 1 – 3 years experience in HR & Accountant officer , must be Uae experience Required.
