Job Description

Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards Source candidate utilizing social media and local group Review resumes and conducts phone screens to determine qualifications Schedule an interview with the hiring manager and ensure a positive candidate experience Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques Introduce new hires to the company and go through the hiring and training process Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job Greet visitors and direct them to the apt departments Provide admin support to HR executive Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation Manage and update the HR database with different information Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment Prepare manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages Recruitment Administrator Skills and Qualification: Bachelor degree in human resource Must possess work experience as an HR Able to use various computer software Knowledge of HR software and familiar with labor laws Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill Strong verbal and oral communication skills Self-motivated and strong analytical skills Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management Maintain a strong relationship with key groups Motivational and communication skill Act as reliable and supportive team members Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing Familiar handling online job hunting websites Able to complete a complex administrative task with less supervision

A HR Admin is responsible for the administration and management of human resources within an organization. They may be involved in conducting employee interviews, setting up job descriptions, managing compensation plans, and more.

What qualifications are required to become a HR Admin?

1. Strong administrative skills, including time management and organization;

2. Experience working with HR systems and databases;
