What is a HR Admin?

A HR Admin is responsible for all aspects of human resources in an organization. This includes setting up and maintaining employee records, conducting interviews and assessments, creating job descriptions, reviewing compensation packages and policies, handling grievances, developing training programs and more.

What qualifications are required to become a HR Admin?

1. Must have at least 2 years of HR experience in a corporate setting or within an organization that has a human resources function.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential qualities for this role.

3. Familiarity with computer software programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Access is also beneficial; however, no specific knowledge is required since most HR duties will be carried out using online tools and databases.

4.
