Job Description

Min 4 yrs exp handling HR & Admin. Self-motivated and can work under pressure. Well versed with the UAE Labour Laws & Visa Process. Excellent MS Office Skills. Interviewing, Book Keeping & Filing. Travel Coordination & Dairy Management. ERP System Management. Knowledge of all policies & respond to employee enquiries regarding policies, benefits and/or other general HC topics * Prepare paperwork required to place employees on payroll * Monitor and process documentation required for visa applications and renewals, tickets, hotel bookings as required. Follow up on employee time attendance by issuing reports. License renewals,Tenancy contract renewals , visa renewals , P.O box renewals, Utility bill payments, Salik recharges

What is a HR Admin?

A human resources administrator is responsible for the overall management of an organization's HR functions. This includes developing and implementing policies, managing employee records and files, investigating complaints, providing training/educational materials to employees on workplace rights and responsibilities as well as monitoring compliance with HR regulations. Additionally, aHR Admin may be involved in other areas such as labor negotiations or compensation planning

What qualifications are required to become a HR Admin?

1. Strong organizational skills and experience in human resources; 2. Familiarity with HR software programs such as ADP or HRSystems; 3. Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills; 4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and keep track of deadlines; 5.
