Job Description

We are a Foodstuff Trading Shop, located in Deira/Dubai. ( next to Al Ras Metro ) We are working with local shops / Hypermarkets / Restaurants / Government offices. We source our goods locally or internationally. We sell our products only locally as of now. Responsibilities: -Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures. -Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. -Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. -Schedule and plan meetings and appointments. -Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages. -Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues. -Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies. -Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues. -Perform receptionist duties when needed. Requirements and skills: - Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role. - Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems. - Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. Skills Office Administration, Excellent Verbal Communication, Excellent Written Communication, Customer Management ZOHO accounting software is preferable. UAE Driving License is preferable MS-Office full knowledge is a must. Working hours Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00 Friday 09:00-18:00 ( 13:00 - 14:00 ) prayer break Sunday Holiday Salary between 25******0 ( all included in this package ) will range depending on experience and qualities. You will be asked to set a Zoom / or a Physical interview upon shortlisting. You will be asked to join us for a trail period of one week - which is paid - to prove your capabilities and qualities
