What is a HR Admin?

A human resources administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment, hiring, firing, training and development of employees in a company. They also manage employee records and files, as well as developing policies that govern how work is conducted within the company.

What qualifications are required to become a HR Admin?

A degree in human resources, business administration or a related field. Strong organizational skills and experience managing employee relations. Familiarity with computer applications such as spreadsheet software, word processing programs and e-mail systems. Proven ability to handle complex tasks quickly and efficiently. Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information. Experience working in an HR administrative setting is preferred but not required
