Job Description

 Demonstrated strong expertise in providing support to HR-related activities such as manpower planning, recruitment and hiring, as well as staff training and development.  Oversaw the implementation of effective referral program to encourage existing employees to suggest the most suitable candidates and hire the best talent for open positions.  Involved in all aspects of the onboarding procedures for new employees such as conducting background investigations and reference checks, maintaining documentations, opening bank accounts and other formalities.  Carried out a seamless employee off boarding procedures in case of resignation or termination, e.g. exit interviews, clearance from involved departments, full and final settlement of employee dues and other paperwork.  Completed a broad variety of administrative tasks such as monitoring an extremely active calendar of appointments, managing diaries, organizing meetings, arranging complex and detailed business travel plans, etc.  Established and implemented grievance handling procedures to provide a safe environment for all staff to raise their concerns and address their complaints satisfactorily.  Designed and implemented office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
