Job Description

Looking for Female Receptionist /HR & Administration Assistant Job Details: 1. Manage Reception by assisting Guest and handling Switchboard 2. Manage Board Room/Conference room bookings /appointments and coordinate staff and other meetings. 3. Take Care of all Incoming & Outgoing couriers 4. Prepare LPO’s/ Summary Invoices and maintain office supply inventories and being careful to adhere to budgeting practices 5. Submit and reconcile monthly expense reports to Finance 6. Leading and coordinating travel arrangements/hotel, travel documents for business trips and other miscellaneous duty 7. Assist with all aspects of Administrative management such as Directory maintenance in HO & Branches 8. Sort and distribute mails to concern persons collected by Messenger from Company Post Office Boxes. 9. Take care of all office maintenance/correspondence such as Company vehicles, AC maintenance, Electrical issues, Dubai Civil Defense, Pest Control, repairs and others. 10. Maintains updated Company Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, CIC and other Certificates that requires renewal 11. Keeps track of Employee information’s & maintain filing system 12. Maintain Employee’s visa renewals, cancellations and other applications 13. Maintain Company Sim card details, Download Du Bills and Dialguard reports 14. Prepare and submit all relevant letters, documents, certificates as per the requirement of Employees in consultation from the Management. 15. Extract Attendance reports 16. Insert/Update portal for new employee details 17. Maintain Company Liquidation and data entry update 18. Take care of Company Medical Insurance, Addition, Deletion, Claims & renewals.C Expected Start Date: 05/12/2021 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED3000 Experience: administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
