What is a HR Assistant?

A HR Assistant is a position in human resources that assists with the recruitment and management of employees. They may also liaise between different departments within the company to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, or help resolve any workplace disputes. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining employee files and tracking performance reviews.

What qualifications are required to become a HR Assistant?

1. A college degree in human resources or a related field is required.

2. Previous HR experience is preferred, but not necessary.

3. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
