Providing other reports ( E.g.: Salary Variance Report)/ Salary comparison report ) etc. as requested by management 5.Creation and submission of Employee-wise Payslips to the client 6.End of Service benefits / Gratuity Calculation. (C)Other – in respect to HR He will act as single point of contact (SPOC) with Consultant. PRO Activity will be done by him with the Consulting with Consultant. He will maintain the Attendance record on Monthly & Submit to the Consultant. He Will be Point to Communicate with Employee for the Issues in respect of Payroll. Monthly MIS report will be reported by him with the Help of Consultant. Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles PRO Activity in relation to VISA & Employee issue – Immigration Department. Administration Work in respect of Insurance, Vehicle renewal Due Dates & Others Activity Other work as mentioned by or affixed by the Management later.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for over 350 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions. • Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports), e.g., overtime, leave balances reports. • Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system. Setup each employee, valid programs for each employee's charges, and monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service. • Execute all types of salary adjustments, promotions, and increments. • Handling Staff Leave Management_ Separate Sif files, processing all leave applications, sick leave, leave paid and without pay for all employees. • Verify all medical certificates produced by employees and check with Hospital/ Doctor, in case of doubtful cases. • Prepare WPS files and all aspects of payroll processes and maintaining up-to-date payroll records in HR Net software. • Prepare reports - (Payroll report, employee’s data reports, Salary analysis report, workforce analysis and manpower report, Employee turnover statistics report and HR Ratio Report). • Responsible for Renewal of Company documents, i.e., Trade License, Ejari, Establishments, Prok Permit, Medical, Group Life Insurance, Property Insurance and miscellaneous as per the requirement. • Responsible for OHC, PIC & BFH Training of Employees. • Prepare and process final settlement of separated staff (End of Service Benefits). • Administer HR-related letters such as salary certificates and NOC’s. • Summarize all visa cost for each entity collaborating with the Finance department to ensure adequate funds are maintained. • Manage the visa/work permit process for employees from start to finish, handling collection of supporting documentation, and preparation of application forms, and submission via PRO and return of passports after stamping of appropriate information/arrangements are in place. • Arranging Employees Medical, Emirates ID, Health Medical appointment. • Maintain up-to-date personal records for all staff.
